TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

YOU STATE THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO BOOK A SESSION WITH ANY OF THE SOOTHSAYERS.

IF YOU ARE NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR INTERACT WITH ANY OF THE SOOTHSAYERS FEATURED ON THIS WEBSITE, THE PODCAST, OR THE TELEVISION SERIES.

  1. You agree that the services and any related merchandise purchased through the Soothsayers Platform (the Company, the Website, the Podcast & Television Series / hereinafter "the Platform") is for entertainment, educational, and/or lifestyle consulting, and/or lifestyle advice purposes only and available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  2. The Soothsayers on the Platform are not licensed medical practitioners. If you are experiencing health problems, either chronic, physical, psychological, or emotional, you should contact your physician, or your local licensed health authorities for professional assistance, or if in imminent distress or danger you should call 911 in the United States, or the emergency services telephone number in the country where you are located, or proceed to the nearest available hospital emergency room or urgent care facility

  3. You agree that circumventing the business relationship which has been established between any of the Soothsayers themselves and the Soothsayers™ Platform may cause irreparable harm to the Soothsayers and to the Soothsayers™ Platform, and that in doing so, the Platform may pursue any and all legal remedies to hold you liable for such damages as may be determined in a court of law.

  4. Any and all payments for services or merchandise on the Platform are to be paid directly through your secure Soothsayers™ Platform account for which registration is required.

  5. Recording Is Prohibited:

    A. The Soothsayers™ and the platform through which all services are provided originate in the State of California which lawfully mandates that all parties must consent to the audio and/or video recording of any phone calls, or electronic interaction between the parties.

    B. Accordingly, Soothsayers™ does not agree to the electronic recording of any services that may be provided to the clients by the Soothsayers™. Further, if the Soothsayer's services are recorded by the client, the client understands that in doing so without permission they may be subject to criminal charges and civil damages.

  6. If the services provided by a Soothsayer are unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact Customer Service directly at services@soothsayers.co with the date, time and name of the Soothsayer providing the services and a brief description of the reason for the complaint. A representative will contact you within three business days to discuss the matter and help resolve any issues.
